Patrick Stallings, CFEI®

I believe good financial decisions begin with character, not money.

Money is a powerful tool, but it does not tell us what matters. It amplifies what is already within us: our priorities, habits, fears, generosity, discipline, ambitions, and values. Learning to manage money well requires more than understanding budgets, credit, debt, or investments. It requires understanding our relationship with money and deciding what role we want it to play in our lives.

That belief is at the heart of The Steward's Path.

Financial capability is the ability to understand the choices before us, evaluate them wisely, and act with intention. The goal isn't to prescribe a particular lifestyle or define financial success for someone else. The goal of The Steward’s Path is to provide a framework, practical tools, and trusted resources that help people make informed decisions about their own path.

Ultimately, I believe money is best understood as one of our many resources to steward. We can use it to build stability, create opportunity, care for the people we love, pursue meaningful goals, serve others, and contribute to the world around us.

The Steward's Path is about learning to steward our financial resources with wisdom, purpose, and intention.
